SHIPPING & RETURNS
Domestic Shipping (Flat Rate RM8)
Economy Shipping: 1-5 business days after an order is placed.
Most orders leave our studio 1 business day after an order is places. However, we sometimes pour candles to order-these orders will leave a bit later. We ship most orders via J&T Express. Orders shipped via J&T Express arrive within 3-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched from our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!*
*Exclude custom and bulk orders which take up to 10-14 business days to produce.
Shipping times may vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other charges that are calculated by the country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and charges. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Haneul Candle Co. have no control over these circumstances.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Haneul Candle Co., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Haneul Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery.
You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery.
